Where East and West meet in music

From 26 October to 5 November 2027, Sea & Music takes us to Japan and Korea for the first time. Aboard the Explora III we travel from Tokyo along the Japanese coast to Busan and back, with stops in Nagoya, Osaka, Kochi, Hiroshima, Beppu, Nagasaki and Shimonoseki. Maxim Vengerov and Marina Rebeka will travel with us, and the concerts take place close to the audience, on board and ashore. Since 2008 we have connected places we love with music we love. This journey carries that idea to Asia, where Eastern and Western musical traditions meet.
