Contact with Us

If you contact us via the form on the website or via e-mail, the data you provide will be stored by us for six months for the purpose of processing your enquiry and in the event of follow-up questions. This data will not be passed on without your consent.

Data Storage

We would like to point out that the IP data of the subscriber is stored by the web shop operator within the framework of cookies, as are the name, address, contact data such as e-mail and telephone number and credit card number of the buyer, for the purpose of simplifying the purchasing process and for later contract processing. The data provided by you is necessary for the fulfilment of the contract or for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. Without this data we cannot conclude the contract with you. Data transfer to third parties does not take place, with the exception of the transfer of credit card data to the processing bank institutes / payment service providers for the purpose of debiting the purchase price, to the transport company / shipping company commissioned by us to deliver the goods and to our tax consultant to fulfil our tax obligations. The data stored by us will be deleted after a purchase process has been cancelled. If a contract is concluded, all data from the contractual relationship will be stored until the end of the tax retention period (7 years). The data name, address, purchased goods and date of purchase will also be stored until the expiration of the product liability (10 years). The data processing is based on the legal provisions of § 96 Abs 3 TKG as well as Art 6 Abs 1 lit a (consent) and/or lit b (necessary to fulfil the contract) of the DSGVO.

Our concern in the sense of the DSGVO (legitimate interest) is the improvement of our offer and our website. Since the privacy of our users is important to us, the user data is pseudonymised.

Newsletter

You have the possibility to subscribe to our newsletter via our website. To do this, we need your e-mail address and your declaration that you agree to receive the newsletter.

In order to provide you with targeted information, we also collect and process voluntarily provided information, such as areas of interest, birthday and postal code.

Once you have subscribed to the newsletter, we will send you a confirmation e-mail with a link to confirm your subscription. You can cancel your newsletter subscription at any time.
